Sign the baby is near?

As i posted yesterday im 41 weeks gone nearly 42 weeks and I live in a rural area where the doctors is 2 hours away and if i needed to go to hospital i would have to be air lifted. Can't drive because of this big belly in my way! My husbands away with the RAF and where not on good terms at the moment anyway so im living on my own (apart from my 4 year old daughter) Have to rely on friends to take me to the doctors so I don't go as much as i should but due to go on the 5th if baby is still not here.
Anyway lastnight the baby was kicking like mad. He doesn't kick that much usually just during the night but this time he really wanted me to know he was there lol. Anyway I could not get comfy atall and had to keep moving sides in my bed but when i sat up my back and lower stomach suddenly went in to serious pain then stopped as i laid back down then i felt something wet down bellow and went to the toilet and their was allot of thick discharge there (sorry for tmi) Today i have woken up and when i stood up from bed i stretched and my eyes went all funny and i felt like i was going to faint until i had to sit back down now can't get up for too long without feeling like that so im having to stay in bed all day! Is this a sign the baby could be here soon or just the start of the flu?

Baby is on the way at any time. You are over-due. Doubt it's the flu.

You should call your doctor.

Thats how Ive felt for weeks... sounds pretty normal stuff to me

I got dizzy spells on through the third trimester. But since you are overdue & so far from the hospital I would call & explain what is going on. They may want you to come in to be seen.
