not sure

Ok so I'm 38 weeks and 5 days with my first child. I'm cramping and having lower back pain. I'm also contracting a little. Sometimes i was even woken up bc the pain was so bad. I have gotten up almost every hour and went to the bathroom every time i wiped i got pinkish red blood and mucus, im pretty sure its more bloody show. This has been happening for about 8 hours now. Do u guys think im in labor or what, like i said this is my first baby.
