Low carb/sugar.

I had gestational diabetes while I was pregnant and had to be on a strict diabetic diet and it worked really well for me so I've just kept doing that. I lost about 30 of the 45 while I was pregnant.

That is awesome. I'm glad what you've done has been successful. I had my third baby 7 months ago and can't shake the weight. I think a big part is because I'm BFing and too paranoid to diet like I'd like for fear of losing my supply.
