so confused....

So I have been having white milky discharge for around 2 weeks, cramps, areola have gotten bigger and my face is broke out! I am 10 weeks postpartum never got period. Took a test and it was negative and I'm curious if this has happened to anyone else? What was the outcome?

I have thought that I would just like to start my birth control or something! It's crazy because with my first I got AF 6 weeks postpartum
