I had zero pain the whole way through.

I cried for like the first month of breast feeding.. I got so sore that I gave up & pumped & gave her the pumped milk in a bottle. After my nipples healed while pumping for like 2 weeks, We had no problems after that. I have been EBF for 7 months & going extreamly strong.

Do you have small nipple? Mine are tiny and im wondering if that could be part of it...

Yes with all three of my children who all had great latches.

i had awfullll pain for the first 6 weeks nursing with my son, then i was fine. this go round, def sore, but not like it was w my son, my nipples must be getting tough, lol. 2 weeks in, and just mildly uncomfortable, mostly at the latching, then it gets better.

My midwife said I had inverted nipples, whatever that means haha

Mine are flat, my sisters are inverted.... that could be a factor im sure
