Nope, there is another article that has more detail.
They were together 8 years and had a same sex union but it wasn't legally binding.
All kids aged from 25-3 months were done as single parent adoptions.
The bio mother of the child in question only revealed the guys name because she thought the child was going to lose her medical insurance.

It's sad, BUT, by law even though you relinquish your visitation rights until said child has a "father" or someone else to step up, child support is court ordered, and he has to pay.


When my ex husband was adopting our son, our sons bio dad was ordered to PAY child support until my ex husbands name was on our sons birth certificate.

Signing away your visitation rights still obligates you to financially support your biological child. The state will not allow a child to be bastardized. ( Without two parents).

No way should he be forced to pay child support. Absolutely not.
