My heart SHATTERED. We have similar furniture in our son's room... I thought there was no way he could tip it... this could have EASILY been us. I'm having him anchor everything down when he gets home from duty tomorrow!!!

I didn't read the whole story but I read what happened to her and a little bit of the story   I couldn't even imagine.

I couldn't even finish it. God that is heart breaking. That poor poor mother.

Was very similar to the emotions I felt the day my son died and why I get viciously angry with women who don't follow doc orders for bed rest, etc

I literally fought to hold back tears. SO's family got US the same dresser. How completely devastating.

I feel so bad I sent it to DH at work and now he's crying :/ bless his heart. This kind of stuff is what makes being a parent so terrifying.

so unfair and scary. I'm getting stuff to anchor DS' dresser TOMORROW.

This was hard to read, I wanted to stop but I could not do that to her. She had to live this, well then I could at least read it. I have lived through pain and if someone told me my pain was to painful to read about that would hurt.

So I made myself read it all so that I will never forget to secure my furniture no matter what! I will show this to all my friends who have kids and I hope other moms will pass this along as well
