Back labor?

So right on the top of my tailbone/ very bottom of my back gets real tense and hurts like a period cramp almost. then it moves to the front of my pelvis and my whole stomach tenses up. It doesn't hurt in my stomach I just feel it and it's rock hard.
I've also had a headache all day.
Do you think I'm going into labor?

Can you time it? If yes, is it getting closer together?

Yes, thats exactly how my labour was with my 1st son   I never got tummy cramps. Had it all in my back with tummy tightenings.

Hmm could it be back BH?? Can you even get back BH lol? That sounds like contractions to me. I'd try laying down, or walking and seeing if it goes away. If it doesnt I would call your doctor.

Sounds like maybe. Try timing it... they keep getting close, then yes.

i would assume you're just having bh because the contractions aren't long. if you're having severe back pain i'd go to your ob to make sure it's not early labor

Time five of the contractions, if it keeps getting closer together then it could be start of back labor. With timing it you should write down how long one contraction lasts and how long it takes for another contraction to arrive.

So far its
3:20 for 20 seconds
3:28 for 25
3:32-45 seconds
3:37-30 seconds
3:39-1 minute
3:44-15 seconds.
3:48 27 seconds
3:52 30 seconds
