EWCM on Mirena?

I have had my Mirena for almost a year. I have to say I do like it and I have had zero problems with it. But yesterday I went to the bathroom and I had a ton of ewcm. And I haven't had it this whole time I have been on Mirena. And my sex drive is through the roof. Like I would be fine with not ever having sex, and I have made DH give it to me in the middle of the night.

Now I am paranoid. Not cause of the sex drive so much, but of the ewcm and not having it on this BC ever. I can't feel my strings, but I had to have them trimmed short cause DH could feel them. I called this morning to make an appt with my OB/Gyn and I can't get in until Friday.


Please say that it's normal, and my Mirena isn't failing and I am going to end up with 4?? lol

It's normal. I had EWCM every month on Mirena, never had any scares.

I know on mirena its possible to ovulate still. I know it has hormones but people do still ovulated and get pregnant on mirena.. that could be wahts happening? I know i get horny as hell when im ovulating, just natures way of making babies i guess.
