When the boys would wake up and cry at night (if they weren't hungry, wet, etc), I would just rub their backs and calm them down. They started sleeping through the night at 3 weeks old, so since then I haven't done anything.

No worries momma, you'll get there. My 2nd had a crazy schedule & he is right as rain now.....he straightened out between 18-24 months & has been golden ever since (assuming I stay on track).
