I make mine WAAAAY different then people are use to, and I don;t have exact measurements.
Boil Chicken, and shred it.
Add and mix Cream of chicken (Maybe about 1/2 can per pound of chicken), along with Taco Sauce to the chicken. Mix
In a different bowl, mix cream of chicken along with more taco sauce, and put to the side.
Spoon shredded chicken into fajita size flour tortillas, and roll. (If you like a lot of cheese, you can also put extra cheese on the inside of the enchiladas).
Spread Taco Sauce mixture on top of rolled tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
