Help me plan a menu

Ok so one of mine and DH's new years resolutions is to eat at home more and stick to a budget. Usually we just wing all the meals and decide at the last minute which leads to eating out a ton. So im getting ready to order the groceries but im so sick of eating the same things over and over. I need help. Here is a list of what we usually eat
Spagetti
Tacos (chicken)
Chicken Tikka Marsala with naan bread
Chicken Pot Pie
Pork Chops with mashed potato or rice
Chicken Kiev and Rice
Hamburger Helper (the velveeta kind)
Chicken and Mac and Cheese
Cottage Pie (hamburger,veggie, gravy, potato)
I just got him to eat meatloaf.
We do steamed broccoli with almost every meal

So dislikes:
Fish of all kinda
Mushrooms
Nuts (allergy)


So help me I need new recipes to try. I need links (pictures are great too)
Also any fun lunch ideas for me and the kids (3 years and 11 months) we do eat tuna and fish sticks when DH isnt around. Oh and please no look on pinterest suggestions I hate that site and cannot navigate it to save my life.

Lemmon pepper chicken
Caribbean jerk chicken( it's a bottle marinade)
Burgers (turkey or beef)
Pulled pork ( pork roast with barbecue sauce Nd rootbeer in a crock pot for 6 hrs)
Enchiladas ( usually red chili beef)
Lasagna
Steak
Alfredo ( heavy cream garlic. Butter and parm cheese I add spinach to mine)

Pintrest!! I got my menu meal planning for all of January from there.

Kielbasa. I usually buy the Beef smoked kind. I cut it into chunks, and then cut those down the middle. Throw them in the oven on 350 for about 20-30 minutes. Then add BBQ sauce. Fried potatoes go amazing with that meal.

Chicken Noodle Soup

Chili Dogs

Grilled Cheese sandwiches and tomato soup

I make mine WAAAAY different then people are use to, and I don;t have exact measurements.


Boil Chicken, and shred it.

Add and mix Cream of chicken (Maybe about 1/2 can per pound of chicken), along with Taco Sauce to the chicken. Mix

In a different bowl, mix cream of chicken along with more taco sauce, and put to the side.

Spoon shredded chicken into fajita size flour tortillas, and roll. (If you like a lot of cheese, you can also put extra cheese on the inside of the enchiladas).

Spread Taco Sauce mixture on top of rolled tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
