I use a crockpot all the time. Lol. Dump and go.  

I can cook a little bit. Not sure if it's good or not, but he always eats it.  

I use cook books, recipe cards, websites and stuff. I really enjoy making really exotic foods. I'm by no means a great chef on my own, but you know, if you can read, you can cook.

I cook really well.. even if I say so myself   but, DH actually cooks even better, he could basically be a professional chef.

Having said that, sometimes I will make things that my DH is not into - such as a spinach and cream cheese roll, lined with prosciutto. It was lovely, but he wasn't into it, no big deal. Sometimes I'll bake fresh raspberry muffins, and he'll be on a cardio workout kick, and won't have more than 1 if any..

I don't get my feelings hurt because I enjoy the process ..

allrecipes.com is good because you can look at reviewed recipes and see if people liked it or not, before embarking on the process..

I'd recommend using only well reviewed recipes, and then if he still refuses to eat what you cook, ask for constructive criticism and try not to get your feelings hurt.. then work on improving your weak areas

I make a mean meatloaf. I can do cook beef. I try not to cook pork because for some damn reason I have their huge fear of getting that illness from under cooked pork. No idea why. I also like to make my own casserole dishes.

goerge forman grill!! haha i love it, i throw on some lemon seasoning (they sell the mcormick stuff) and toss it on the grill till its cooked through, then make some steam int he bag veggies...
