No   I wouldn't feed my kids that. We eat a lot of whole foods, that's a lot of sodium

Yeah we need to be stricter I've been lazy since I'm on break lol cauliflower crust pizzas and sushi a bit to much  

T has allergies its way easier to eat whole foods

It's not hard I have a blog with some recipes   my Pinterest is full of recipes too. Lots of quinoa lol

I make cabbage sausage and potatoes in.the crockpot a lot
