What exactly is "legitimate" rape?

This is probably old news, sorry if it is. But I just came across this picture, and I just don't even have any words.

I'll most likely find this guy's beliefs on rape disgusting to say the least. But could someone explain he means exactly when he says "legitimate" rape?

As far as I understand it, "legitimate" just means that the girl wasn't "asking" for it and that she fought back.

In other words: She was dressed conservatively, sober, and not flirting.

Does a woman have to wear sweats and a turtle neck every where, never drink and just not talk to men to not get raped?

I just didn't have a clue on what exactly makes a rape legitimate smh...

That dumb ass Todd Akin threw it out there for a reason to have more restrictions on abortion. If a woman was acting/dressing proactively, is promiscuous, doesn't report the rape, etc then her rape is not legitimate therefore she shouldn't be allowed to have an abortion if she wants to.

According to Paul Ryan and a few other politicians, it is only legitimate rape if the woman doesn't get pregnant. Because obviously our bodies have mechanisms that stop us from getting pregnant when raped.
