Late Christmas Present

My parents gifted me my very first crockpot and a hand blender!

I'm going to break it in by making a breakfast casserole.

What do you guys like in your crockpots?

I usually just do chilli or roast in my crock pot.

Right now spaghetti sauce.
I would of waited by the meatballs dh's made needed more flavor.

Right now I have shredded chicken in buffalo sauce cooking for sandwiches.

right now I have ghetto chili in it (red beans and tomato) we are flat ass broke...:/
but I usually make veggie soup once a week in it with what ever veggies we have in the house that are getting close to going bad... and to chunk it up, I add potatoes or noodles, whatever I have on hand.
