Went grocery shopping!!!! got lots of chicken breast, ground turkey, salmn, tuna fish, protein powder,nuts, special K breakfast sandwhiches, lean cuisine salad additions, wraps, fiber one bread and tons of fruits and veggies!!!!!!!!!!!
