Wisdom teeth. :(

My wisdom teeth are starting to break through, but only on top. They are coming in forward instead of straight down. It is so painful! Sucky part is my insurance doesn't activate for another two weeks. I'm going to go insane with this headache from it and not being able to eat normal, lol.

Is there anything I can do until I can get to the dentist??

Can u get the appt made? Just taking pain meds is about all you can do. Try not to grit your teeth and relax your jaw as much as possible.

They said I have to wait till it activates to make an appointment.  
Last night I chewed on some ice before bed to numb it a little and it helped, barely. Think percocet or vicodin would help?

Probably. I had Vicodin when I got mine taken out. So I'd assume it works equally as well for the pain of them coming in haha

Lol, okayy. I only have like 5 left, so I will only be using them when I am serious pain!

Maybe cut them in half. And take it when u really need it. Like of u can't sleep or something. Or if it's worse at a certain time of day.

My SO has a lot of tooth pain right now too. He's been getting headaches ffrom it   I feel so bad for him. He's been doing ibuprofin 800s but it doesn't help   we don't have anything stronger laying around either. He doesn't have insurance so he has to use care credit to Pay for it all. He has a regur dentist appt on the second but it just doesn't seem to be fast enough haha. Then who knows how long before they get him an appt to do the work he needs done. He has one tooth he keeps losing chunks of. Plus still has his wisdom teeth. Plus another tooth is hurting him.

That's probably the main source of my headache! Plus my daughter is going through a squealing phase and squeals all day long as she plays!
