Weight loss buddies

Getting ready for the new year and excited to start working on my resolutions. I usually dont do any, but this year I am... and they are ALL cliche... but it's stuff I need to put in order.

Earlier this year, I reached my weight loss goal, by losing 108 lbs, and got my BMI in the "normal" category. I did this by eating clean, drinking tons of water, working out, and I had quit smoking.

Got pregnant, and rapidly gained 30 lbs. Had a D&C, and kinda dont care about anything right now, so I'm doing awful eating wise. Back up 35 lbs, so..... I also bought a pack of cigarettes the day I found out I miscarried. I didnt know how to handle it.

So... here are my resolutions:

1. First and foremost... quit smoking. This is the most important and vital.
2. Go back to clean eating. Not focus on the scale, but be careful of what I put in my body.
3. Drink WATER
4. Cut out internet/phone usage while home with my family.



I need someone to work with me for support. I want to be challenged. Pushed.

Looking to take off 40 lbs eventually, but want to do it the right way. If you're interested, lets get this thing going. I cant stand where I'm at right now.

I have no idea how much I weigh! I think 180   I don't own a scale and I don't want to either. It smurfs with my head. lol

I will be following the "Skinny Rules"

& daily (or nightly) walks with my kiddos in tow and zumba at least one hour a day. Also, other various muscle strengthening exercises. I am just going to try to be as active as possible.

I'm battling a food addiction and smurffy self esteem so it's going to be hard. :/
