help! i think i May possibly be having contractions and supe

I am only 30 weeks and 3 days and i think i am having regular contractions. I keep feeling this horrible pain in my cervix about every 5 minutes. Its been going on for the last half hour. I am 1200 miles from home and i leave to go home Tomorrow the 1st. This pain i am having keeps coming and it lasts between 45 seconds to a minute. My belly gets rock hard all over and the pain is so intense every time it comes i am on the verge of tears. When it eases off i still have pain but its only light pain. And it started in my back and its all the way around to my stomach. I don't want him to come right now. He is still moving around except he stops when the pain starts. I am afraid to wake my sister up and my other sister to take me to the hospital something45 minutes away if this is nothing. Plus my Medicaid does not transfer to here so i would be SOL. Advice please what do i do? Does this sound like labor contractions to you. I am super afraid it is and SO is all the way at home 1200 miles away   and i am scared.

I know its scary being away from home. But it doesnt sound good at all whats happening

Are you certain your Medicaid doesn't work? I used to be on Medicaid and it did work in other states. I'm really hoping you are wrong because I think you definitely need to get checked.

You really don't want to chance having a preterm baby when you can go in and get your labor stopped.

Go to the nearest L&D.

Your insurance still has to pay if you're hospitalized in another state for something like this, I'm pretty sure.

They said i would have to pay and be reimbursed after i believe. I am praying its nothing. I don't if like being away from home especially in my situation right now. If i have any more i am going to wake her. So far they are consistent. I have been having a feeling he would try to come early i am hoping not this early. I want to meet him but i am not this anxious to. If any of you pray please pray for me. If he does try to come early id appreciate him doing it when i am in my own state not a different one. Since all his things are home! Thanks ladies!

ER cannot force you to pay but they can bill the smurf out of you. You can always set up a payment plan later if they are not covered under your insurance. But you def need to get that under control now because if you have him in that hospital that preterm it is likely he will be staying in that hospital awhile. It would be way to risky to move him until he was stable which could take awhile.

If he does come while i am here hopefully he won't but if of if does i will put this insurance coverage money problem into Gods hand. They are easing up more and more since i posted this and not coming so close together, maybe this means my body is just getting ready and i honestly hope its not ready not for a long time!

Maybe. If I was you I would get a big ass glass of water and sit on my ass and drink it all and just pay really close attention to the contractions. My body kept doing that to me when I was pregnant (especially after a hectic day at work) and I found that was always the best cure.

Rest up lots! I hope they stop for you. Id go get checked if they didnt though. GL.

Get a tall glass of cold water and go lay on your side for a half an hour and see if things ease up. If not, def head to the ER.
