We used to live in an apartment together and then came his joblessness and work lessening my hours.. Then came not being able to afford rent anymore so my mom offered the extra room to us.. Yeah.. My mind keeps trying to tell me smurf will be better when we move out but then I remember.. smurf wasn't even that great when we were in the apartment.

You can't get him to be financially mature when you're saving for an apartment...imagine if you actually had one, and he felt like he had the power because he controlled the bills.

Be prepared for a smurf storm if he comes home & his smurfs packed on him. You're gonna make matters worse before you make them better. That is even if you wanna try salvaging what you have. If not, then that's a perfect way of telling him to gtfo
