Seaweed cravings (not preggo)

I literally crave seaweed and I am not pregnant lol. I don't know what my deal is but I can sit and eat seaweed all day! I buy those nori wraps from the store or those salted seaweed sheets that come in snack packs and eat them in one sitting until the bag is empty(when I let myself). >.>

Should I be worried about this craving or is it just THAT delicious to me? lol.
They are like my potato chip to be honest XD.

Very few people have low sodium it's not that common I guess according to my doctor anyway. I have had it sense I was a child and have always liked chips I eat them like candy and according to my doctor it's due to having low sodium.

Well I don't eat chips because I don't let myself lol.
I have never been tested for this. I know that seaweed is high in Iodine but I can't tell if this is a craving because I love them...or abnormal. >.> I never don't feel like seaweed and love sushi because of it too.

For your physical they do a blooddraw that usually has that on it you could ask your doctor doesn't mean anything bad nor can you die from it or anything just makes you crave salt.

Seaweed has a lot of folate and magnesium. I wouldn't be worried about it.

Lately I've been craving cheese, now that is something to worry about. Lol

seaweed is delicious! I could seriously eat like 4 of those little packs of seaweed snacks in a sitting so could my kid. ughh now I just might need to break into the secert sash I've been hiding!

There isn't a lot of salt in it though, like 20mgs per large sheet and my kidney stone doctor told me no more then 2000 a day so I am ok on that end :]

Omg, right! D: Its so yummy! Who could eat chips when they make a healthier crunchy snack! Almost no calories, low salt and full of vitamins XD
I love this crap way to much...and have since I was a teenager lol.

I don't mean to sound cheesy but I remember the first time I had sushi. This Japanese girl's mom would pack her lunch and giver her just rice and seaweed sushi rolls everyday....she offered me one. From that day on I asked her to share her lunch with me lol. She started my addiction D:

My mother is big on dulce & I really tried eating some while pregnant (she claimed its been helping her feel better energy wise) but I couldn't do it lol
