I never really got into juicing, but my husband did and it really helped his skin (he has psoriasis) and he lost several lbs doing it. I'd also like to mention that I have that exact juicer and it's a PITA to use and clean. I hope you have better luck then I did with it. DH is a lazy as hell, so even though it was his life style choice I did the juicing and cleaned the mess rofl
One whole apple
One half grapefruit
3 stalks celery
3 whole carrots
Fresh blue berries
Carrots have a really strong taste, but have the best nutrition. I add spinach every other day and I only use fresh never Pre cut fruit. Make sure everything you use you wash really really well.
