Themed meals

Do you plan your meals out for the night by themes? Like on Monday you eat Italian, Tuesday Mexican, etc. I am thinking it'd be something fun to do, but I'm out of ideas for "themes". Help!

We had Taco Tuesday for about 6 months. Then we got tired of tacos lol... so for now we have Wing Wednesday   That's pretty much it for us as far as themes

I have a feeling it will get old, but I'm having a hard time coming up with things we haven't eaten recently. I love wings, how do you make yours?

I buy a pack, fry them, freeze them, then defrost and fry them again when we're ready to eat them. Makes them crispier   As far as sauce, we like Frank's Red Hot and this other BBQ that for the life of me I can't freaking remember lol

As a kid we always used Tiger sauce. I found a bag deal the other night and you just throw wings in the roasting bag, and cook a certain amount of time. They were damn good, but I have got to learn how to cook more things.

Tiger sauce is amazing! We mix it in with the BBQ sauce lol

DH absolutely insists his wings are crispy. He doesn't do baked

My theme every night is "pinterest"

I like mine crispy.. They're better. But baked is the only way I can do chicken for now! haha.

Some common themes I've seen:
Meatless Monday
Taco Tuesday
Wing Wednesday
Fish Friday

Things I'm making up:
DIY Friday- make your own.mini pizzas, subs or pot pies
Salad Sunday

make your theme but mix it up.. dont do EVERY monday the same or your gonna get bored... or come up with two things for one day and alternate weeks you make one of them.

Those are excellent ideas! We eat pretty much anything. Don't know how a meatless Monday would go. I love meat.

Lol we could never do Meatless Monday. We could probably do Meat Monday though   We're carnivores. Well not DS, he doesn't like meat.

You could do meaty monday instead haha

I was thinking I'd do a specific theme, but different meals, if that makes sense. Like Mexican Monday would be tacos, enchiladas, etc. Never really the same thing back to back. Italian Tuesday would be spaghetti, pizza casserole, alfredo, etc.
