Well since you're not supposed to have sex til 6 weeks, I'd say yes it's possible he stretched your stitches.

Yes....just be glad you can have sex. My episiotomy with my daughter was awful. Sex wasn't the same for almost 8 months afterwards.

Some do some don't. They can take up to 8 weeks to dissolve. It just depends.

Or your stitches had dissolved and he tore you without you feeling it.

My husband tears me occasionally and it's not that big of a deal, you'll heal on your own.

However, since your not 6 weeks post pardum them main concern is infection, which is why they tell you to wait.

How do you know if you get an infection?

Idk. I've never had one. But the main symptoms of an infection are pain, fever, and swelling in the area. But when you go to your six week check up your doctor will want to look at your stitches anyway so you can mention it to her then and have her look for any signs of infection.

Oh yea the pain was way too intense. I think the doctor may have messed mine up but I eventually got back to normal. Now I'm terrified to go through the same thing with this one. I wouldnt have sex again for at least another 2 weeks or more anyways if I where you. Not only can you get an infection but it would be really easy to get pregnant again. Wait until you start birth control if you haven't already.
