It's a cardio conditioning program that also does strength and sculpting your body.

I LOVE it  

It has a 20 week work out schedule that you can follow, which is what I am following now. It's also got a bunch of upbeat old school music.

I was never good at not gaining weight when I was pregnant LOL

I would say try to eat more filling foods with protein to keep you fuller longer so you won't eat as much. Watch your salt food intake as well so you aren't holding on to a lot of water weight

Week 5 day 2 of turbo fire done! It was Fire 30 & sculpt 30 and then I also did 20 minutes on the elliptical

AHHH! I knew I had heard of it before. My friend Megan (who happens to be a member on here... Genius Next Door) just became a beach body coach! She said it is an awesome program!

Hi everyone!

I've been INSANELY busy at work for the past few weeks so I've been MIA  

I'm still losing weight but it has slowed down substantially. My lazy ass still hasn't started doing purposeful exercise   I know I really need to do that if for no other reason but my own health and wellness! I think the current motivating factor, though, is vanity   I am pretty happy with the way my body is starting to look in clothes but not so happy with the way I look naked or in a bathing suit. I'm really flabby and jiggly and while I realize that at age 32 my body won't ever bounce back like it would if I was 21, I do still think that if I build some muscle tone, some of that jiggly flab will stop it's constant movement   (I won't be 33 until April and I will say I am 32 until my actual birth time on my birthday   )

Anyway, I think the last time I checked in here a couple weeks ago, I was right around 160 pounds. Today I was 157. I'm happy with the continued progress but I can totally see that I'm starting to plateau. With that said, I'm still so happy that I've lost at least 40 pounds since the summer time!

What are your biggest health obstacles: Uh....just need my love handles gone and to be back in a size 4.

I need to lose 15-20lbs by my sister's wedding in May. So basically I have less than 3 months. Most likely not gonna happen. However, I am nursing so who knows. I was able to eat really healthy and lost 4.5lbs in a week, but I can't seem to get past that. I'd like to just lose 2lbs each week. My husband bought me a grain mill so I am venturing into the world of bread baking and milling my own wheat since it's SOOOOOO much better for you.

went good! Yeah a bit, its some of the same videos but paired differently than other weeks. I'm just happy to have made it to the 7th week and still going with it. The more weeks I make it through the closer I get to completing the 20 week schedule
