Before I got pregnant, I was doing 35 minutes on the Elliptical, 30 minutes on the spin bike and then a bunch of weight machines.

I was drenched in sweat when I got done LOL especially since I put my sweat belt on while I'm doing it. I could literally squeezed the sweat out of my clothes  

Friday I got excited because I was able to tighten my belt another notch   Even though the scale is barely going down I'm pretty sure I am losing inches because my clothes are fitting loose and because of my belt

i am 20
I'm just trying to eat healthier not to loose weight but just to feel more better.
The biggest thing for me is giving up fast food. I eat a lot of fast food and i also work with fast food.

Sorry I haven't been following/updating! I'm down 5 more pounds and I'm at 181! My doctor and I want me between 150-160. I ate/drank like crap this past weekend, so today I'm eating oatmeal, fruits, and veggies all day.

I need to start exercising more. I'm stoked about losing weight but my skin is looser in some places than it was before, so hopefully I can tone up a bit.  

How is everyone else doing?

YAY for weight loss!

I'm doing pretty good! Been doing the turbo Fire workout program along with my elliptical most days. I just started week 5 of the program yesterday

I'm irritated today.
I thought I was doing REALLY well with weight gain this pregnancy and up until my last appt (at 18 weeks), I had only gained 2 lbs.

In the last 4 weeks, I've gained 12.      

I need advice. What can I do to stay fit and healthy without overexerting myself or starving the baby?

I doubt you're doing anything wrong, hun. Your body just may NEED those extra pounds. Don't do anything crazy...no weird diets or insane restrictions. Just stick to mostly healthy choices, and remember to use portion control when you have a craving. <3

My doctor told me to watch my fats and up my protein which I am going to do. I'm going to monitor my calories but only for piece of mind - so I know I am doing what I am supposed to, you know?

I'm so scared to have gestational diabetes again. I do not want to deal with that.

Ahh, yea. I don't think I realized you had it when you were pregnant with A. I'll be praying it stays far far away!!

Thank you.
My next appt is on the 28th and I have to do the glucose tolerance test then. Yay!  

We also found out when this baby *should* be arriving!
