that's an interesting find, wow! do they know why depression is linked to that? is it just sugary drinks? or just overload of sugar in general? or maybe it's not the sugar at all but rather something else that is common to those types of drinks? hmmmmm

anyway, congrats on staying on track with your eating

and on a positive note, I've broken the 160 plateau and I weighed in at 159.6 this morning   I know it's not much below 160 but I'm glad to see it!

Im not exactly sure. I just saw it briefly this morning on the news while getting the kids ready for school. Ill have to look into it more

week 2 day 4 done! sculpt 30, hit 15, and added on 30 minutes on the elliptical

Did week 2 day 5 of turbo fire which was Fire 55 EZ class I also did 30 minutes on the elliptical  

My body is so sore. I had to get hubby to rub bengay on the back of my legs because they hurt. I either pulled a muscle in one of them or they are just sore from my workouts

so earlier today I did week 2 day 6 of turbo fire which was Core 20 and I was suppose to do stretch 40 but replaced it with stretch 10 because I don't care for stretch 40(I will be doing this with all of the stretch 40 classes) then I did 45 minutes on the elliptical.

Tonight I did week 2 day 7 of turbo fire which was Fire 45 class & stretch 10 also did 30 more minutes on the elliptical  

I completed week 2 of turbo Fire!! Tomorrow I will be on to week 3
