no contrctions

im 39 weeks and due jan 1 i havent felt any contractions ive only had three but they were a few weeks ago all i get is braxton hicks

Well, then it's not your time yet. Give it time.  

Isn't this like your 3rd post about this? Baby will come when baby is ready. Just because your due date is Jan 1st doesn't mean he/she will be born on or before then.
