Ergo is the best carrier I have ever used. I have walked around for literally hours with absolutely no pain or discomfort. Nursing in them is pretty easy as well, and inconspicuous, as there is a shield to put up to cover baby's head.

Can you use ergo with a newborn as well?

Yup. They sell a newborn infant insert to use. I bought it and used it for DS and it worked great! I've seen people use the Ergo with newborns without the insert, but it just didn't feel secure enough to me, so I spent the extra $17.
