I would watch for a fever because that could be the start of mastitus( I'm pretty sure I spelled that wrong) If you get that you would need an antibiotic.
Tyr some tylenol or other over the counter stuff for pain

This might sound really wierd.

Heat up a mason jar pretty hot- cold enough you can put your boob to it, but the hotter the better. Stick your boob in the jar till the rib of the jar is against your boob, so the nipple and a good amount of breast as in the jar.. Leave it, and massage your boob.

Heat and massage help release the milk, and while the jar cools it creates suction against your breast.

Sounds crazy but its helped me!
