To lose 40+ pounds? Tomorrow I'm going to start going to the gym every day. I already have myfitnesspal to track everything I eat. It says I can have 1300 calories but I try to stay under that anyways...
I am not completely sure, but my aunt has lost about 80lbs or more in the past 9 months or so. She looks really great.
She wore a 22 pant size and is down to a 14 now. It was a lot of hard work (stress happened too) her dick wad husband left her about 11 months ago. But she went to the gym 6 days a week for an hour walked every morning before work and before bed with the kids then she started eating really healthy (which she did before) but cut out all the little junk she ate.
I went from 210 down to 145 in about 5 months,
i was on a very strict diet though and was very into working out.
i went from a siz13 pants to a size 5.
its the best i have ever felt about my body, and cant wait to get down there again after my pregnancy!!
