She won't walk and push them, she'll scoot >_< She's getting better and walking longer distances, she's just being lazy and goes to crawling as a first instinct.

Not like that! My mother enjoyed babying her. I had her potty trained and then mom had her for a while and didn't implement it. My mother didn't believe in asking the child if she needed to go to the bathroom. She spoon fed her at like 3 yr old. I did not literarily yell. I was stern. I wouldn't yell at a kid for that. She still wears diapers at night and she's 4.

She babbles. A LOT. In that way where she knows what she's saying and its very serious but it's just baby talk, lol.

Piper won't talk either. She comprehends nearly everything I say to her, follows prompts and what not, but simply won't talk! She doesn't even say Mama  
She cruised forever, but it took her a long time to walk too.
