I've been thinking that for days now because I've seen all sorts of posts by an "account removed"

Awww, it's because he has such big, beautiful eyes! (My son had really pretty eyes and for some reason people associate that with girls).

my niece got confused for a boy when she was wearing pink.... so... idk. some people are just clueless. lol.

My son is 5 and gets called a girl all the time. It's because he has big brown eyes and curly hair. He can be wearing all dark colors, jeans, dark green shirt, blue jacket, and I get "awe, look at her hair!".

I can tell boy because of the blue but if he was wearing pink then I'd think girl because of the eye lashes lol. My son was wearing blue everything and the nurse at the dentist office asked for her information and I started giving my daughter's info and she's like no the baby and I said HIS name is .,..... and she's like REALLY? He's a boy? Uh no I just like to mess with people lol. She said he was so pretty but to me he looks like ALL BOY.

the nurses at his doctor offices does it all the time and even when i correct them they still say she and they all say it's because of those eyes and eyelashes. But your lil man is soooo cute!!!!! I see boy but your son do have those eyes as well

He does look somewhat like his sister when she was younger
