Op I had the.same issue. It takes a while for your body.to get back to normal. Dont be so hard on yoirself.

When I think of burgers, I always think of McDonalds. Which makes my stomach queasy. Now.....Spaghetti and lasagna....that's another story.

Your body changes after having a baby. I'm under my pre pregnancy weight and I can fit into my pre pregnancy pants comfortably but I have a bit of muffin top whereas I didn't before. And my pre pregnancy tops don't fit the same either.

It seemed like my body went back to its normal size within a few days.. I was so delighted! It really depends on the person. After a year and a half im gainning weight after being on the pill, i hate it.
