Is this my colostrum?

this morning when I woke up (I’m 29 weeks almost 30) and started getting dressed I noticed what looked to be like a drop of water on my nipple I go to brush it away and noticed it was dried and stuck to my nipple could this be my colostrum starting to leak? Sorry it never happened with my first pregnancy so I am just not sure.

no funny thing is i leaked with #1 but not #2 ...but i did dry up after i had 2 units of blood but got my supply back up and am proud...

It wasn't a lot just a dried up drop I am hoping that means that my supply will be better this time around :-)

Did you have a better milk supply with number one where you leaked before delivering?

Hmm maybe , with my last pregnancy I leaked so bad that if I took my bra off it would just poor and poor , I had to pump after lo. Was born and I could have fed an army I mean my freezer was packed !! But after 3 months of pumping I went to bed with full breast and woke up with nothing I was completely dried out

I hope that doesn't happen to me I would cry I tried so hard with my first but it just did not work so I really want it to work this time around depending on my supply is I am going to talk with a lactation consultant and ask her about the different herbs I can take to increase my supply.

Fenugreek!

There's teas you can drink too. And oatmeal, from what I've heard.

:-) I was hoping someone would say fenugreek I have heard a lot about it on this site just couldn't remember the name. Is it a tea or pill?

The mother’s milk tea I am not sure about people say it tastes like black licorice and I am not a fan of the flavor.

It comes in both forms I believe...I personally took the pill. I think it's in the mother's milk tea as well.

walmart sell fenugreek. I got mine at GNC but deff cheaper at walmart.
