How do ovulation test work?

If the test line is darker then the control line then you are ovulating? I tool a test the day before yesterday and the test line was way darker then the control line and then 24 hours later the test looked the same ad it did the day before.. I thought you only get a darker line for one day :S ha ha I have no idea how it works!

How random to use my first test and have it super dark and test the next day and have it super dark again.. I have no more though... I had my period the 9th 10 11 after being 12 days late so I would not be pregnant unless I had a super early miscarriage and still had hormones.

Even then your hormones would be gone.
My mc was on the 6th, I was almost 6 weeks and my hormones were 0 on the 11th

I usually get + opks for 3 days.
