Longer hair

How can you get your hair to grow faster/longer? Is there anything you can take? Or wash it in? I feel like mine grows at the speed of snail unless I am pregnant.

You can take prenatals, or I think there are vitamins just for hair and nail growth...

I take prenatals still. I don't know that it makes it grow FASTER per se, but it does grow out feeling more full and healthy.

heard biotin does( a B vitamin), but it makes hair grow faster EVERYWHERE

I have been taking prenatals for a month now so maybe that will help.

Lol you got my hopes up so high.

I will look for it in my prenatals though and see. If not I might look into getting some because my nails are thin too (always have been) and a little extra bush/leg growth isn't going to kill me or DH XD

Biotin. You can also use castor oil on your hair with aloe vera and vitamin e oil. Leave it on overnight and wash it out in the morning.

First, I would suggest taking extra vitamins, such as prenatals since you are TTC anyway. Eat foods that help build keratin (what hair nails and oddly enough, bull horns are made of!) such as peppers, brussels sprouts, citrus fruits.

Then you can do scalp massages and add peppermint oil into your shampoo to help stimulate blood flow to the scalp and your hair follicles.

Other than that, hair growth is in cycles. All your hairs can be in different phases at once. Take care of it and avoid breakage.
