maybe really dumb to ask...but

I'm 38+1 starting about 2 or 3 hrs ago I started getting cramps I'm my back like dull aches and LOTS of pressure in my vagina with period like cramps. I also have had diarrhea all morning. I'm trying to time these backache/cramps but can't tell when they begin or end. It doesn't change if I'm standing or sitting or eating or drinking.I'm also loosin a lot of watery discharge its still kinda goopy but More watery then usual that is clearish white. Any suggestions on what I should do or look out for? I had to be induced with my son so I never experienced the beginning of natural labor. At my last check up I was 90%` effaced 2cm and baby was at -2. That was on Friday. TIA.

That is exactly how my labor started out. Loose bowel movements, Intense back cramps (i had back labor the whole time) and Throwing up whatever I tried to eat. I would go to the hospital and get checked out just incase, I went into natural labor with her at 38 weeks exactly.

Oh yeah I was very nauseous all day yesterday.

Once I started having cramps I went to hosp. Lol my contractions were hardly reg till I was already in active labor then they started coming every so many minutes

My water broke. I have no idea what labor feels like cause they have me the epi before my contractions got even kinda bad. But I'd be calling my doc or going to l&d if that was me.
