muscle spasms in belly?

I'm 28 weeks and last night I woke up last night cause I had heart burn. So I drank a glass of milk & went to go pee. When I was about to get up off the toilet I had a sharp pain go right threw my belly. Like a retarded muscle spasms. It died down a bit then I got another one they where so bad I couldn't even move . And it felt like they lingered for a bit. I finally got back in the bed and waited to see if it would happen again. It never but it still scared me. Now this morning I don't feel anything nothing sore. No muscle spasms only my Lil boy moving around. But what the hell. Has this happend to anyone else & what the hell could of caused it ?
