Does any one know?

What a 6 CT flap sono means? I saw it on my pregnancy card in the significant findings/ problems? on 12/5 Please help.

No but I google everything, that's what I'd do  

I try google it but nothing has come back. the only thing that does is for adult and I think it has to do with the heart but not sure if this is the same for a fetus which would have me scare because it would mean some sort of heart defect. I do remember the first ultrasound I had the sonografer asked me if my other children had a birth defect. since then I have had an ultrasound every other week and I was told at my last one that after the coming ultra sound I will have them on a weekly basis. I did ask why I was having them and was told because of my history of blood pressure. I wish i knew what this mean and won't have to wait until my next doctor appoitment.

I looked it up on BING which is always a better search engine, and its hard to tell but it looks like that "flap" measurement is completely normal (depending on how far along you are). It sounds like it is a measurement of one of the arteries that they would always take. BUT your doctor should always always always explain all that, and I'm sure if it was something dangerous they would have so try not to worry. If it were me, I would call first thing in the a.m. and and demand that someone tell me what that is or if there is a problem. Can't hurt :/

I was 26 weeks along and the reason I worry is because it is under significant findings/ problems. I do see the doctor this coming friday and I will ask but it gets me upsept that every time I ask them something they are like why do you worry so much? which I think I have the right to when it comes to my children. now I understand why they are doing so many sonograms but still angry that no one has tell me anything even when it may be just a suspicion and when I asked the sonografer she was we are doing so many sonograms because of your blood pressure. Thanks for your help and even when this may be nothing at least I have an idea.

Well let me know how it goes, I'd be very frustrated to find that MYSELF listed under problems/significant findings on a sono and not have a better explanation then high blood pressure for you. Friday seems like a long/stressful wait. Can you not call in the morning and talk to the nurse practitioner? Most offices have one available at all times and they will have the sono in your file and all the findings in the chart. I'm just like that, I didn't care what they thought, when I had a question I called. If it was a Saturday night I called whoever was on-call that night. This is your baby in there and you have every right to blame your hormones on insanity should the need arise! LOL, I am sure you LO is just fine tho, if there was a problem they wouldn't have sent you home not knowing about it. IF they DID, I work for Lawyers, you look me up!
