is to lose some weight. When I got pregnant, I blew up like a huge balloon lol. What are some good ways to lose weight that help kinda quickly?

A prescription to adderall.

Just kidding. It's not a healthy option (though it does work).

I don't take them specifically for that, but it always ends up happening anyway. I've got no complaints, haha.

I always do weight watchers when I need to loose weight because it's safe and healthy and although it's not as fast as some fad diets or pills it is far easier to maintain the weight

I took them in hs, because I had "adhd" or w.e but in reality, I wanted to lose weight lol

yup   they even have that as one of the options for how many points you use... it's actually IMO the healthiest way to loose weight while breastfeeding because they make sure you and your LO are getting enough nutrition but still help you loose

I lost over 30 lbs and 8 sizes in the last 12 weeks since having my son simply from a good diet and some mild daily exercise once I got the ok, so 6 weeks of that. Everything else is pretty much just a temporary solution. This is honestly the best way. Even if it takes a while.
