In NH for a 3 bedroom about 1400 sq ft is around 200-300

Yeah. It's NUTS. Right now you can get a new build, for about 275 with about 2000 sq ft.

Our house is 1300sq ft, in a nice town, 3 bedroom and it was only like 70k?
The only downfall is that our city doesn't have a school district, ad you know how much I LOVE driving Fi to and from school everyday, lol.
