Freaking out TMI help

Okay so I had my daughter on Dec 19th. It was a vaginal delivery. After they broke my water they put a catheter in. Well I've been very uncomfortable down there and decided to look today. Like it feels weird and kinda hurts when I sit or have my legs crossed. I figured it was because of the 2 stitches I had to get. But when I looked it looks like my urethra is swollen/ has something protruding from it. It's kinda hard too. Could this be a prolapse? Or is it just swollen from the catheter? I'm 19 and my delivery was pretty smooth. I pushed for 30 mins, she wasn't big 6 lbs and 18 inches, and only needed 2 stitches. I did strain a muscle in my hip/groin area pretty bad. Should I call the doctor? Did this happen to anyone else? I'm freaking out   TIA.

Could be an infection caused by the catheter. Don't panic, but definitely get it checked out.

It's very normal to be swollen because of the catheter. I was very swollen and uncomfortable from it for 2-3 weeks after having my son.
