I've never seen Becca profess to be a baby name expert.

We don't need a site to show that Presley is masculine, it's clearly a surname.

Baby name sites utilizing etymology are perfectly fine to use and should not be being bad-mouthed. Unless, of course, you're disagreeing with the origin of the name you're using.  

It's unfortunate that such sites are few and far between.

No surnames are Infact masculine

Surnames are used to trace the male line,therefore they are inherently masculine.
