Multiple pregnancies and dialation

I'm 18 weeks tomorrow and 1cm. This is my second pregnancy and i was told that is normal. Has anyone else been dialated early?

your cervix will always be more open then before you had kids...
i wouldnt worry.. sometimes i can stick a whole finger in mine O.o ( not pregnatn)

I've never heard of a doctor checking for dilation at 18 weeks.

That what I was told. I was just curious. At first I did freak out haha. What our bodies go thru!

I was bleeding and she did pelvic exam. Unexplained blood.

Is there a reason you are being checked at 17 weeks? Ive had 4 kids and never did I get checked that soon.
As far as dilating sooner or anything like that....every pregnancy is different. One pregnancy you can dilate sooner, and another you might not dilate until 39 weeks.

I was bleeding. Otherwise she wouldn't have.

I went in at 23 weeks due to pain and I had a dimple in my cervix, she said it's normal... after having kids.
