Ouch

My nipples are sore and in pain! She was born on tuesday morning and barely got my milk in today( thx. God) but it hurts so bad! I bought some soothing cooling pads, but what else could i do to aliviate the pain a bit? TIA.

its mommyhood! lol i found that using cold packs helped tremendously! i kept using that cream after every nursing session (i forgot what the cream is called but its for your nipples and prevents cracking.)

Lanolin is best for sore nipples and ice packs
