Low grade fever 17 wks pregnant

I've been having a bit of a low grade fever and I'm trying to flush my sickness away by drinking tea and a bunch of water. I was wondering if there's anything I could do to keep my fever down or make it go away. I do take a baby aspirin daily for MTHMR. if that makes a difference. I'm trying to do whatever I can with out having to panic because I know it's bad to have a fever while pregnant. Please help me with any suggestions.

How 'low' is your temp? If it's like 99, I wouldn't worry at all. You might be coming down with something. Just drink plenty of fluid.

Yeah, that's nothing. Just push fluids, and take Vitamin C/Zinc if you can.

that's not even really considered a low grade fever.

Well I sent DH to Walgreens and he said the label on the vitamin C package said "not recommend if pregnant or bf"
Is that not true?

Everything has that label, including my folic acid, which is essential for pregnancy, especially since I have MTHFR. You can take Vitamin C, but high doses (extremely high doses) can cause miscarriage. Just don't overdo it. If you don't want to take the Vit C, take Zinc.
