1 year old vocabulary.

I just wondered if DD says enough words for her age.
She just turned one and she can say:
Momma
Daddy
Bye bye
Hey
Hi
Frog
No
Bite bite
Baby
Ba ba
Smurf *MIL's fault*
Yum
What
And bubba.

Sounds pretty good to me   she says more than my 15month old

Yeah DD is 15 months and can't even say half those words.

seems good! DS is 2 and says just about that amount

Lol, I just made a post like this, yup, she says waaay more than my lil one!

When my DD turned 1, she said about same amount of words, so it sounds great!

I really wish she didn't say smurf though, lol. It's embarrassing in public and she says it very plain so there's no mistaking it

My 2 year old says bullsmurf.   It definitely didn't come from me (I don't curse in front of them), I think it was one of my ex's friends or something. The worse part is, sometimes she doesn't say it loud, but my 3 year old will scream out "MAMA, Madi said a BAD word!!!" in front of everyone. Yeeeah. But we're working on it.
