Single mom wanting to lose baby weightt

I am I single mom of a 3 month old baby girl. I want to work out and lose the rest of my baby weight. I don't have the time ocr money for the gym. What are some exercises and things I can do at home? And how do you single moms find the time to even do that?

My best friend does workout videos that were posted on YouTube. But a lot of my friends seem to have really good babies who sleep a lot.

yea I was thinking of doing some I found on YouTube. My daughter is a good baby but doesn't sleep much during the day and when shes down for the night I am exhausted.

30ds is 15 minutes. It isn't that hard to find even 30 mins in a day.

Thanks, ill look into that. I know it isn't but those 30 minutes come sparingly and I have things to do around the house also ya know.

Does she take naps at all? Or maybe at night when she's sleeping?

she takes naps during the day but usually falls asleep in my arms and will wake up when I put her down.. im gunna have to do it at night when shes sleeping then
