scalding breastmilk?

Is it really necessary? What is the reasoning behind doing it? I don't scald mine and never have. Just curious about it.

If you have too much lipase in your milk it might make it taste better after it is frozen, but it isn't good for the antibodies and stuff so that is the only reason I have heard of to do it.

I don't I just warm it a little. I've never heard of scalding it.
